Directions:  
in a medium bowl whisk together egg, egg whites, salt and pepper. heat a frying pan over medium heat. add olive oil and coat pan. pour in eggs and evenly coat pan. once egg begins to set sprinkle tomato, onion, and cheese over one side of the omelet. carefully fold the other side of omlet over fillings.
