Directions:  
1, add oils to fry pan or wok and bring up heat to high
2. sear scallops in oil
3. add onion fry to carmelize
4. add asparagus and stir fry all together until asparagus is limp to taste
5. remove to bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds
