Directions:  
Thinly slice the scallions and dice the avocado.
Slice cucumber and frenchfry cut bell pepper

Add drained tuna to scallions and avo. Add sesame seeds, sriracha and vinegar. mix and add mayo mix again and shape into 2 little cakes.

Toast Nori chips by holding them over hot burner for a few seconds til crispy.

Eat bites of tuna with nori chips.
Change flavor with salmon, wasabi etc.
