Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix turkey, bread crumbs, milk, onions, egg, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan or mold turkey and place onto a regular baking pan.

In a separate small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.

Bake loaf for 30 minutes then take out of the oven and drain liquid. Top with ketchup mixture and bake for another 30 minutes.
