Directions:  
Cook Bacon until crisp. drain half the fat
Add onion and salt to remaining fat, saute until clear
increase heat to medium and add chicken and mushrooms, cook 8 minutes until chicken is well cooked
crumble bacon, add to chicken mixture
place spinach and kale in bowl, add vinaigrette and toss
spoon chicken mixture over the greens
garnish with sprouts, parsley and sunflower seeds
