Directions:  
Cook bacon, let cool and then chop
Boil eggs for 8 minutes. Let cool, remove shells, half and remove yolf and dice egg whites
Dice 1/2 tomato
Chop Salad, toss with dressing and layer into bowl(s).
Add a line of bacon (1&1/2 strips), followed by tomatoes, then crumbled gorgonzola, then avocado, then egg whites and then the remainder of the bacon - SEE PICTURE
