In medium pan, combined beans,2 tbsp oil,garlic;season with salt and pepper.Cook over medium-high heat,stirring,until beans are warm about 4 mins. Remove pan from heat.
2)In a large bowl, combine 1tbsp oil and 1/2 tbsp vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
3)Divide spinach among 4 plates.
4)Transfer beans to bowl and stir in 11/2tbsp vinegar,tuna,olive and parsley.Season with salt and pepper.
5)Top spinach with bean and tuna mixture.
