Directions:  
Cut seedless watermelon into chunks. Slice 1 pint of strawberries and add to bowl. Peel and chop 1/2 of a jicama, add to bowl. Chop 3 Tbls. of mint fine and add to bowl. In another bowl mix vinegarette dressing and 2 Tbls. of splenda. Pour mixture over fruit and serve.
