Directions:  
Toss bread with olive oil, place in single layer on cookie sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, stirring once. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Shred one tomato into bowl, mix in mayonnaise, garlic powder, vinegar, chives and pepper. Whisk together. Chop 3 tomaotes. Place 1.25 cups of lettuce in bowl with 1/4 of the tomatoes, 1/4 of crumbled bacon, 1/4 cup of croutons and 2 tbsp of dressing. Toss and eat.
