Directions:  
Heat oven to 270. place walnuts on a baking sheet and toast until lightly browned, about 10 min, cool briefly and chop.
Toss lettuce, apples, celery, and walnuts in a large mixing bowl,
Whisk togethere mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and salt ina small bowl. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss to coat. Season to tast with pepper and serve.
