Directions:  
Have incrediants chilled
put Russian Dressing in bottom of large salad bowl
add greens and toss (do not stir)
arrange 1/2 of the greens on each of two dinner plates or salad bowls
lay 4 whole black olives, 4 halved cherry tomatoes, and 1 quartered egg around center of each plate
cut shrimp in half top to bottom and pile 8 halves loosely in middle of each plate
serve garnished with lemon wedges halves
