Directions:  
cook the pasta scooping out 1/4 cup hot pasta water. Use the pasta water to melt the creamy peanut butter. Add in the rice wine vinegar, 2 tsp grated ginger, sesame oil and the juice of the lime. Mix with the cooked pasta when done and the red pepper strips and 1/2 cup jicima strips, mix in the shredded cabbage.
