Directions:  
Mix the Celery, Carrots, and Onion. Grate the garlic. Strain the tuna.

Remove the avocado from the skin and mash. Salt and add lemon juice right away to prevent browning. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Serve on the baby spinach and lightly drizzle the dressing over the top.
