Description: I measured this in ounces because it's easier than trying to figure out how many cups go into something. I was being lazy and I had a scale handy. They can be easily converted as long as you know that there's 8 oz in a cup. I was hungry and wanted something healthy to eat that was high in fiber and protein, so these were all the ingredients I had on hand.
