Description: This is a salad I make for my husband, he very much loves it.
Ingredients:  Makes 2 servings (1 each)

Directions:  
Either shred the carrot on a cheese grater, or coin cut it very thinly. I prefer to coin cut it myself, but it's much easier to just use the cheese grater.

slice the celery, also very small.

dice up the broccoli

mix all ingredients together in a plastic bag and shake gently, but thoroughly. Serve with any dressings you like, and/or a small amount of meat. I like to put leftover meat from dinner on this salad personally.
