Put Salt, splenda, xantham gum, salt and parmesan cheese in deep bowl. Mix well together.

combine remaining ingredients except the oil, add to bowl. Stir with whisk to blend togther.

Using a stick blender or rotary beaters on high, Add olive oil in a small stream while blending dressing. The Xantham gum will cause the dressing to thicken as the oil is added and blended in.

Store in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
