Directions:

Seed pomagranate into bowl. Add pineapple reserve juice. Peel, core and chop apple into cubes. Squeeze lemon slice over and mix.

Core and chop pear into cubes. Add to mix with remaining lemon slice juiced.

Slice banana, cut cherries in half and add. Add the coconut. Mix well.

Add splenda to reserved juice and thicken with 2 tsp tapioca flour or other thickner. Let cool, add to fruit, mix well to blend.

Optional, Whip 1 cup whip cream with a little splenda and fold into salad, or top individual serving with whipped cream.
