Directions:

saute onions and garlic in oil about 5 minutes until onions begin to soften

add ginger, thyme and allspice and saute until onions very soft, about 5 minutes

stir in beans and orange juice and cook on low heat about 15 minutes stirring occasionally until mixture thickens
4
mash a few of the beans with back of spoon
5
add salt and pepper to toast
6
serve over brown rice
7.top with mango salsa
