This fat-loss workout, based on a system developed by Russian sports scientists for athletes, uses a combination of heavy lifting and intense “metabolic accelerators” to fatigue all your muscle fibers and turn your body into a work of fine art in just 4 weeks. Do the 6 strength exercises first, then perform the “metabolic accelerator” (either the kettlebell jump or the kettlebell swing, depending on the prescribed workout).

Can someone tell me how come all these exercise programs has only two sample days? Where do I get the full workout for a week or month?
