Today I start my diet and exercise. I just joined the local gym and will have my free trainer appointment today. I am looking forward to getting into shape and fitting into some nicer clothes.
I have tried other diets online and in books and had some success but always gained as soon as I stopped. My biggest problem is my fiance like to drink a few beers after work and I have joined in. That has really added the weight to my mid-section.
