I have been exercising for years , but apparently not enough :). I use to run 8 miles a day, 5 days a week that was after I stopped smoking - when I ran 5 miles a day 3 days a week. Now it's probably 10 - 15 years since I use to run like that .
I always did something run, surf, swim , weights - whatever but I was never at a point where I was satisfied.Finally, I decide to start with a trainer , but after researching this- I decided that , that would be going a little overboard and maybe that has always been my problem. I went overboard and never kept to a structured plan. So I found GymAmerica - online and thought that would be a good place to start - I have been following MY routine - with help from Gym..... for about three weeks and I find that the structure is just what I need, along with the variety the work out gives.
Afterrall, YOU HAVE TO START somewhere .
