Now that I've started

Seems to me that after 4 weeks I should have something to show for my effort , even if just a little bit. The only thing I can use as motivation is my body fat has decreased by 4 %, I guess that is something . I know that eventually all my efforts will be rewarded, but for now - every little bit helps, and I have to keep on going..... Now that I've started.

YOU HAVE TO START

I have been exercising for years , but apparently not enough :). I use to run 8 miles a day, 5 days a week that was after I stopped smoking - when I ran 5 miles a day 3 days a week. Now it's probably 10 - 15 years since I use to run like that . 
I always did something run, surf, swim , weights - whatever but I was never at a point where I was satisfied.Finally, I decide to start with a trainer , but after researching this- I decided that , that would be going a little overbo
