New to Gym America

Hello everyone!
First day on the program. So far so good. I am an experienced weight trainer, but relatively new to cardio. I played college football and had my workouts scripted out for me for 8 years. After I graduated and tried to workout on my own, I realized that I needed to be told what to do.
So far this is exactly what I was looking for. I have been out of college 3 years and hacking it on my own. I step on the scale at the begining of 2008 and I weighed 230lbs!!! So i dedicated myself more and have lost 25lbs since the new year. Now I have been at 205 for about a month and have trouble getting over the hump. Hopefully gym america can help me.
The goal is to lose another 20 lbs and maintain a healthy active lifestyle. I think this community is a great idea if people actually interact with each other. Looking forward to making new workout friends.
