4 pounds a month...1 pound a week

Here is the scorecard for me:
On November 5th I weighed 210 lbs.
Today (which is one week short of 6 months of working out) I weigh 186 lbs. Thats 24 lbs total (4 lbs a month/1 lb. a week).
I'm actually not mad. 4 lbs a month is pretty good considering all of the weight training I'm doing. I figure I've added at least 4-5 lbs of muscle in the time I've been working out. I'm trading fat for muscle.
I still hate working out though. It literally is torture for me to show up to the gym on Sunday morning to stay fit. I wish I was one of those people who enjoyed working out. As far as I'm concerned, all of this gym stuff is just a necessary evil.
If anyone is following this blog, please respond and tell me how you feel. Do you REALLY enjoy working out? Or is it just something you feel good about, AFTER you've completed the assignment??
