Directions:  
Slice tomatoes crosswise into 3 slices each. Slice cheese and cut or tear inot pieces. Roll up basil leaves and cut into slices across roll. (chiffonade) Assemble by placing tomato slice, mozzarella piece, and basil strips and drizzling with oil and vinegar. (or you can mix oil and vinegar on the basil leaves before adding to the tops-it won't be as pretty as drizzling, but you get better coverage.) One serving is three pieces.
