From the creator: Do yoga routine shown, or any routine you choose, totaling at least 30 minutes daily. Break the 30 minutes into segments if necessary. Try to be consistent, even if it isn't the whole 30 minutes. It is better to do 10 minutes every day than 60 once a week. Remember to breathe.
