  • I've been telling myself for years now that i am going to loose weight, ive been on weight watchers, and it worked, i lost 5 lbs, but then i quit and gained it all back and then some. Im 5' 8 and have a athletic build so i guess it doesnt show as much but i know im not at  healthy weight. I want to feel confident with my body and start living a healthy life style.

  • Some years ago, I was put on Lipitor because my cholesterol was around 30 points to high; I did experience a great deal of leg pain. I was then put on Crestor; I never had any leg pain. Currently my HDL & LDL are within normal limits (without the use of any drugs - I quit taking them because I lost my insurance) however; my total cholesterol is 20 points to high (on April 22, 2013). I don't get it...
