    4thornie3rose68 slow and steady, been a rough couple days with all the Halloween candy in the house. Holidays are always difficult. Too many temptations. Just keep reminding myself...all in moderation. One very small candy bar can be worked in without blowing the whole new way of eating. As long as it is only one, and not every day.

    4thornie3rose68 Slow and steady weight loss. between 1 and 3 pounds each week. Really watching what I eat and also joined the YMCA and added lots of exercise. It is not a "diet", or a "weight loss plan", it is a change in your lifestyle and a new healthier you!! If your entire lifestyle does not change the weight will not stay off. WTG everyone.
