From the creator: How many times have you been motivated to lose weight while dieting simply by checking the scale? We all know that compulsive weighing is hazardous to our weight loss goals. For thirty days I challenge you to step away from the scale (not a single sneak peek save for the first and last weigh in days). You'll have to rely solely on your lifestyle changes and ensure that you practice healthy living daily in order to suceed - instead of racing to beat the scale. Of course, we have to measure success somehow, so weigh yourself in on day 1, and we'll weigh in on day 30. Highest percentage lost wins.
