From the creator: Test your walking ability. How many days can you walk without skipping a day. Try walking at least 30 minutes a day on a treadmill or enjoy and adventure outdoors. It is totally up to you. You can even break it up into sessions 10 minutes in the morning, 10 afternoon and 10 before bedtime. Whatever you desire it is totally up to you.
