They are all by fitclick. crunches,bicycle crunches, bridge, push ups kneeling, forward lunge, knee up crunches, jumping jacks, squat no extra weight, butt lift bridge, side leg raise, in place side lunge, donkey kicks with out weights, reverse side leg raise, standing knee raise, sit ups, and push ups.
