(2) Every 2 weeks we weigh in. It's OK if you don't want to post your weight, just be honest with yourself!
(3) October 5 we do our final weigh in. Everyone must calculate % body weight lost and the person with the greatest % lost wins!
(4) There is no prize, other than feeling good about yourself and each other. Let's motivate!
