Set yourself up for weight loss success by knowing
more about the foods you eat. As you fill your grocery basket, take a few extra minutes to read the nutrition labels. Making the healthiest food selections isn’t easy. Products vary between brands and descriptions and serving sizes are often misleading. In addition to calorie counts, check out the fat, carb, protein, and fiber content. Steer clear of foods high in “bad” fats, cholesterol, sodium, and sugar. Know your daily nutrient targets and find the foods that best fit your ranges.
