Don't really have much to say at this point, but I wanted to throw out
this comment to everyone out there -- when it comes to working out,
you're only going to get out what you put in. If you think you're going
to lose weight or get stronger just by showing up and going through the
motions you're terribly wrong. With maximum effort comes maximum
results. Bring the intensity if you want results.
