Well I just decided to start keeping track of my food intake. I'm not over weight at all, but I just want to make sure I dont gain weight and if i lost a few on the way I'd be okay with that. I just started bike riding and rode 22.5 miles last night! It was fun! I think if we keep on that and I just count my food I should start lookin smokin! Well... lets see what happens... I have high hopes :)
