The past month ive been running at night a mile 5 times a week
going to the gym in the morning 6 times a week 30 min cardio
15 min weight training. Guess how much weight i lost? 2 pounds...
haha i mean i dont eat bad occasionally ill have something sweet. Generally i wake up have some tea toast hour later work out come home cold chicken sandwhich and a regular dinner. I try to get some veggies in there but i dont do the grocery shopping so it gets hard. I find it hard to believe you have to be an effin SAINT and eat nothing but goodness to loose weight. Its so unfairr i dont like eating like a bird im a tall muscle girl with a little to much curve eating berrys and crackers doesnt do it for me..... im so frusterated. i dont wanna be hungry all the damn time like i said its not like i eat alot so why cant i loose weight?
