Downward Facing Old Dog

Testing out some yoga poses & stretches to alleviate some lower back pain issues. I have had mild low back pain for the better part of this past year. I worked as a bartender part-time until recently. I always thought the pain was related to lifting I would sometimes have to do there (like changing kegs, etc). But, now a couple months have gone by, and the pain remains. I finally started stretching after cardio workouts which really helps. Now, I'm trying to go one step further and incorporate some yoga poses into my routine. So far, I like the Boat, Knees to Chest, Cat Cow, and Downward Facing Dog poses. I also like that the FitClick workout trainer includes the poses on the cardio exercise list to motivate me to do them & log them. I have always thought that yoga's not my type of thing. But, now that I'm getting older, I'm realizing that there may be something to it ...
