Day 2

Yesterday was day 1. I was very good on my calorie intake.. and went for a mile walk. Today is day 2. Feeling great.. still watching my calorie intake.. and have plans to do my work out tonight also. My goal is to lose those last 40 lbs.. I have lost 100 over the last 2 years by stress and not eating by being to busy at work.. and now is the time to tone. I am a 14/16 now at 207 and I am 5'10. I have about 40 more pounds to my goal. I know I can go it.. and I am ready to get started!!
Wish me motivation.. not luck.. its all about the want.
