why am I trying another site? Well, the last plan didn't do much for me LOL. I've been working on reducing emotional eating and I think I've done pretty well with that. But I think I need to journal my food for a while to calibrate how I feel, how I think I'm doing, with what I'm actually taking in!! Sure, "only" gaining 10 lbs in the past year was better than the 20 I gained the year before, but I'm still moving in the wrong direction!
now that my husband Bill has really gotten on the weight loss bandwagon, it's a great time to refocus myself on healthy weight loss - no starvation, no mad expectations or diet pills, just using the food journal and workout tools to track what I'm doing and how it's working!
