Got on the scale yesterday.....3 lb gain. What the heck happened. My assumptions include water gain, muscle gain, or some little gremlin is sneaking into my room at night and force feeding me. My only "cheat" were some toasted sesame sticks from Henry's that I had instead of my cottage cheese. My formula says I should be dropping a pound a week. This is incredibly frustrating. My hubby thinks I'm eating "under the table". All I can say is that I'll keep on keeping on and hope to see a turnaround by weeks end. My goal is to be in the 140's by our Vegas trip in November. That's ten pounds now instead of 7. Wish I could fit into my nice clothes instead of living in my workout outfit.
