I'm now tracking my weight loss. I figure that will help me be more accountable for my weight loss. I have been working out 6 days a week for the last 3 weeks. I have went from a size 16 to a 12. My goal is to be a size 6 so I have a long way to go. I have totally revamped by eating habits. I'm trying to stay under 1000 calories a day if possible.
