I'm addicted to Pepsi. I can go without Coke, and would rather drink water than coke, but Pepsi is something that makes me salivate. I don't drink it much, but when I do i can go overboard. We buy packs, or cubes of pepsi and dt. mt. dew. Pepsi is my treat, my reward. And a lot of the time I don't finish a whole can or bottle, which is a waste, but I just can't help it. I love the stuff. I'm concerned and would like some help on this. I just got a second job working at the mall. I'm worried that I won't be able to keep up with my need to eat healthy. There is a lunch room but i'll be coming from one job to the other most days, so i'll need something healthy that will keep. The reason I had to get the second job is because we're trying to pay down our debt. In 44 months, I can be debt free if we start the program in December (SO LONG CREDIT CARDS!). I also have high blood pressure so I need things with a normal if not lower amount of sodium. I've been buying heart smart items also because in July, my cholesterol levels were high. I've overhauled my life over the past 5 months and have seen positive results. I've lost about 15 lbs based on time of day and time of the month i weigh myself. Which is usually every evening, or every morning. I don't snack at night anymore unless my husband makes popcorn. He loads it up with butter(blue bonnet light) and salt. That's my down fall but that happens once or twice a month. We don't buy microwave popcorn. Thanks to everyone for their help!
