What a great week, Birthday week.  I'm older, though fitter than I've ever been.

Slowly getting my foods and meals in order on FC.  A bit on the time consuming side.  I am glad that so many have come before me and have inputted a bunch of the food that I now don't need to, thanks.

I have some of those lines I want, showing any definition I've grained over the last two years.  There are not a lot of them; there are few of the sagging lines showing the skin drooping  over my pant. My spapre tire, well, I wouldn't call it a spare tire any more.

This pat week I skipped two of my work-outs, both cardio training.
One day on my B-day, the other on Saturday.  I should have dont that one when I woke up.  I knew I was going to have company.  It amazing how the body likes to trick us when it comes to some workout.
"Oh, don't worry, the work out can be done after they leave", I hear myself saying, knowing that they  will be staying till later, and I more than likely it will be too late to do anything.

Lesson learned....well still learning
