Well, I found the weekend getting away from me and did not manage to start the program I had set for myself. It was this morning before I managed to get started with a brisk walk first thing this morning. Not wanting to keep track of numbers I set a goal of fast walking for 30 minutes.
I actually wanted to run (jog) but quickly found myself hurting...must remember that I am not as young as I once was and the reason I am starting again is that I am not in shape. It is important for me to lower my beginning expectattions so that I don't get frustrated with myself.
