Hey Everyone,
My name is Bethany, I just recently gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on August 7,2009. He was the best thing that has ever happened to me, but not exactly the best thing that has happened to my body. I gained a tremendous amount of weight with the pregnancy, starting out at 140 lbs, I was 186 at the end of my pregnancy. I have lost a lot of the weight through diet and exercise (I currently weigh a 150lbs) but I am having trouble losing the last of the weight! I have set a goal to weigh 130lbs before swimsuit season, but I need the extra boost of accountability and some guidelines to lose the last 20 lbs. I hope that I can reach my goal with a little help.

Today i have managed to follow my diet and workout scehdule without any slip ups, so HURRAY!
