starting week 2

I weighed myself this morning. 157. This is 3 less than when I weighed last week. Whoo hoo! I was going to be ok if I hadn't lost anything, but it makes me very happy that there is benefit to all of my hard work.
Yesturday was interesting. I almost didn't meet my minimum calorie and I know that is important. I could have skipped my night time snack, but I didn't as to get in the calories. Today I'll probably eat more for lunch.
I also think that I should do my measurements. I worry that as I go my weight loss won't be what I want it to be, but with the excersize I should continue to lose size.
