workout problems

well i have tried almost everything. because of my work schedule it makes it hard to work out.i work nights and sleep days. but i try.i try to find thigs to do on my off day like walk . running is really not my thing.but i am loking for ways to work out without making myself to tired that i cant sleep. i do feel fat as ever.
