I am undergoing some MAJOR changes in my life! I am making myself a better person in all ways. Now its time to get my body back into shape! I weigh 136 right now. My goal is to get back into the low 120s. I know that I put on muscle fast and muscle weighs more than fat. However, I am flabby and frumby! I need to get back on track and get my fit body back! Not just for me and my confidence but for my wonderful boyfriend! I'm pumped and ready to go! Nothing will hold me back!!!
