I did a "tri" workout today - treadmill, elliptical, bike, treadmill, climber. I followed the iTrain program. Did sprints on all, including running. It is the first time I've run on the treadmill since my injury. I felt some pain during, but nothing too bad and nothing now.
Put down all the Pergo in the front room yesterday. It looks really, really good and wasn't that hard of a job. I LOVE the room now. Need to get the furniture arrangement worked out, though.
