, I'm hoping that I'll find it very useful throughout my mega task of losing an awful lot of weight that I've gained over the past 15 years! I've already lost 2 and a half stone since the beginning of September this year, due to being rushed into hospital with Gall Bladder problems. Awaiting operation....due 19th/20th January 2010. Absolutely scared
at the prospect of the operation and hoping for a good outcome not only for myself but for my husband and my four children.
